18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Some of the material appearing on this website is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because:

It does not portray actual sexually explicit conduct as specifically defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)-(iv);
It does not portray depictions of the genitals or pubic area created after July 27, 2006;
It is content produced or first published before July 3, 1995; or
This website is not the primary producer of the content and acts solely as a secondary distributor / platform.
